As I mentioned yesterday, Valentine’s is just around the corner! As such, I thought it’d be fun to create a post all about Valentine’s Day gifts for him. Thankfully, Bob was open to putting together his ideas to share. To note, some of these items, like the house slippers, cologne, and Duck boots, are things he owns and uses constantly. Others are items that grabbed his attention at the sites where he shops. I mean, how does a vintage Rolex not grab your attention, lol!
A few notes from Bob about the fit of the shoes included… For him, L.L. Bean boots run large. Definitely go down a size or two. New Balance, UGG, and Adidas all run true to size for him. However, Allbirds run small; he tried the Trail Runners on in-store and went up half a size.
In Closing
Lastly, take inventory on what your guy uses most; a great hack when you’re feeling stuck on what to get him. If there’s a style or brand he wears all the time, go with that. For Bob, he’d rather have a replacement for something he’s completely worn out over something new and unknown. Obviously, that’s just his mindset. If your recipient is all about the freshest item or gadget, see if there are recently updated versions of one of his faves.
