Happy Monday, friends! Over the weekend, we celebrated Bob’s big milestone birthday. The weather was STUNNING. 60 degrees and sunny. Perfect. In fact, the weather was almost the embodiment of today’s J.Crew Rainbow gingham outfit). Isn’t the print so fun?
Anyway, for the past several weeks, I’ve been slowly but surely gathering photos, recipes and videos from close friends and family. Thanks to a recommendation from one of you, I bought a Skylight Frame and uploaded all of the photos and videos onto it. Furthermore, I made a custom video for him with snippets from friends and family, and also created a deck with all of the recipes and notes from friends and family. I’m so happy with how it turned out! It was a wonderful day!
Additionally, I had a few other surprises, including ordering meals from all of his favorite restaurants for brunch and dinner). Furthermore, I got a birthday cake from Milk Bar, one of our favorite sweets destinations in New York (plus, we’re huge fans of Chef David Chang). Without going into too many details, getting the cake was kind of a huge mess. I ordered it well in advance, and let’s just say the shipping/delivery service didn’t make things easy. But I digress…

J. Crew Rainbow Gingham
On a happier note, a few weeks ago, J. Crew unveiled new styles for their Spring 2021 collection. It was love at first sight! Specifically, this colorful fabric makes me SO happy. Best of all, I love the pastel hues. Often, I think consumers get scared of colorful outfits because they’re too bold. With this J. Crew rainbow gingham outfit, it’s easy to see how you can pair and style each piece with different outfits.
This dress is gorgeous! From the moment I saw pastel rainbow I thought wow! And love there’s a matching men’s shirt too.
