Last weekend, we travelled to Palm Beach. I needed to be there to speak at PR conference on Saturday, so Bob and I decided to make a weekend of it! It had been just over four years since we had been there, so it was great to be back. Granted, south Florida in July is hot and humid to say the least, but we had a great time nonetheless! On our drive back to the airport, we went past this pink stripe building, and I literally shrieked! Let’s just say we were almost late for our afternoon flight! Thankfully, I had brought along this colorful stripe midi skirt that I had bought last week. It was total serendipity!
The highlight of the weekend (aside from the conference) was being able to grab dinner with Beth and Danielle of Palm Beach Lately. When Beth was in Chicago a couple years ago, we had the chance to grab a drink at Soho House, so it was so wonderful to catch up. The four of us had dinner at Buccan – it was SO delicious! Every single dish we tried was fantastic. Best of all, we had such a fun time. If you don’t follow their blog or Instagram, be sure to do so!
