I live for a colorful coat. While I have my fair share of classic black and neutral options, I tend to reach for the vibrant ones more often than not. This Sam Edelman yellow sherpa parka is my newest addition, and it’s been on repeat the past month. Is it as toasty warm as my Canada Goose? No. Is it a tenth of the price? YES! Plus, it’s available in five colors.
Clearly, this is Sam Edelman’s take on “The Amazon Coat.” Now that it’s on sale, it’s even more affordable. Plus, I would much rather buy a coat from a reputable brand at Nordstrom as opposed to one from an otherwise-unheard-of line on Amazon that has some really sketchy reviews. No shade if you own “The Amazon Coat,” but I know my luck well enough to predict that my experience ordering it would not go well – lol! My yellow sherpa parka fits true to size, and it’s been the perfect option for the cold (but not frigid) weather we’ve been having in Chicago.
