It’s no secret I’m a huge fan of Veronica Beard. After researching their company, founders, and shopping their brand, I’ve truly fallen in love with their stunning styles. But one of my fave things? One piece of advice my mom gave me regarding fashion is to invest in several pieces from one collection. Often, the colors match and pair extremely well together. While it’s an investment up front, it’s something you’ll never regret. She was right.

This stellar striped top. Every time I wear it, strangers compliment me on it. The Veronica Beard Baylor Corset Button Down shirt is visually interesting. Here’s the catch – corset is an accurate wording for the product. Do NOT size down in this item. In fact, I chose to go up one size.
The corset shirt is pretty fitted, so you don’t want for it to feel too tight on the body. Trust me, it’s worth it. Sizing it right is just key. Overall, the top is extremely versatile, and it can be styled with denim, leggings, skirts, and faux leather pants. I chose to wear it with blue denim below. However, I also plan to wear it with white jeans, tan vegan leather pants, and even simple pencil skirts.

Next up? The Destry Houndstooth Blazer. I LOVED pairing this with the corset top as it’s giving me Adele British Vogue vibes, you know? I love the combination of strips and houndstooth for fall. It’s so chic. Plus, the various patterns and textures just feel fresh for the season ahead.
Beyond being a stellar layering piece, Veronica Beard’s Destry Houndstooth Blazer is an instant classic. I legit can wear this piece year after year, and it’ll never feel time stamped or overly trendy. When investing in blazers, the cost per wear is key. I will truly wear this item a ton, and so it’s 100% worth the price.
