Below, I’m highlighting items we’ve lived with and loved for many months to several years. Each one is AMAZING – we give them our highest recommendation.
Amazon can be extremely overwhelming at times. There are so many gadgets and gizmos a plenty, you know? However, when you find those hidden gems, it feels like you won the lottery.
Below, I’m sharing those jackpot-like items that make you either want to tell everyone about it (or gate keep just for yourself). 🙂 Some may seem mundane and other selections may shock you. But either way, I’m confident if you buy them – you’ll fall in love like we did.
Top Amazon Rice Cooker
If you only buy one thing from this list, invest in this Rice Cooker. The 11,000 five-star reviews speak for itself. Friends, it’s changed the way we cook and the recipes we select as the rice comes out beyond delicious (we swear by this rice brand). Plus, the device is easy to use.
Clothing and Pajama Sets
Amazon has an amazing array of affordable clothing and pajama sets. However there are two that really caught my eye. I pack these sets for nearly every vacation we go on. First, is this Pink Ric Rac Short Set. The ric rac trim detail had me at hello! 🙂
Second up is this Blue Striped Pajamas Set. The set is available in multiple colors, but I love the top and shorts can be worn together or separately. They’re lightweight and the fabric rarely wrinkles. Love!
The Alix Earle Light
Often referred to as the “Alix Earle light,” this Rechargeable Light is compact, powerful, and versatile. Perfect for Zoom calls or simply filming a video in a dark space. We love it so much that we bought two – one for our primary home and one for the lake home. I may even get another one for my office.
Suitcase Covers
Are you an avid traveler like us? These Suitcase Protected Covers are sold in multiple sizes and an amazing solution to keep your suitcases clean and sanitary. I especially love it for my carry-on luggage.
Spice Drawer Organizer

Dyson Hair Dryers are iconic, but keeping the main dryer and attachments organized is a major pain point. This Hair Dryer Organizer is phenomenal and keeps everything neat, tidy, and all in one place.
Top Amazon Finds – Hangers
Closet organization is key, and these Heavy Duty Slim Hangers are my go-style for keeping my apparel neat and tidy. We love them so much that we purchased the silver version for the lake home (we use the gold version at our primary home). Big fan.
Reusable Containers
For years, we used reusable containers from restaurant take-out and a set of containers from our wedding registry. Last year, we purchased this set of containers, which are ranked #1 for good reason. BPA free, air tight, and leaf proof. We love them so much that we bought a second set for the lake home.
Egg Cooker
Okay, so this pick might sound strange, but we use it a lot and LOVE it. Meet the best Egg Cooker. A simple, easy solution for soft, medium, and hard-boiled eggs. Heck, it may even do your dry cleaning (just kidding, just kidding).
We use it for quick breakfasts to simplify making egg salad. 5,000 of these sold just this month.
Rechargeable Vacuum Light Attachment

If you’re like us and don’t want to spend a fortune on a new vacuum cleaner, this accessory instantly upgrades your existing one to be like a brand new Dyson.
