Styling a Ted Baker Pink Fit and Flare Dress Two Ways

Happy Monday from Portugal! We landed in Lisbon yesterday, and I am so excited to explore this beautiful country! Today’s post features a look from our recent weekend getaway to San Francisco. I had brought along this Ted Baker fit and flare dress, and I loved it even more in person. I had been eyeing it for a couple weeks, and I’m so glad I that I finally bought it. After returning back to Chicago, I realized that it would make for a perfect outfit for the office, too! I simply added a collared shirt, traded in the sandals for pumps, and brought out the most versatile travel and work tote.

If you’re in between sizes, I say go up, since it has a ton of stretch! Also, the skinny navy belt comes with the dress, and it’s detachable! What are some ways you like to style dresses for work?
