Cheers to the weekend, friends! Needless to say, we’ll be spending the weekend at home. We’ve officially passed day 50 of social distancing, and we’ve used our kitchen more in these almost-two months than in the previous year we’ve lived here, lol. As I’ve shared before, we’ve loved trying out so many different recipes from friends and loved ones.
Since the pandemic started, my screen time has nearly doubled. From Hulu to Netflix, Quibi, IGTV, and – of course – YouTube, the entertainment industry has upped its game. If you’re like me, I’m constantly on the hunt for new options, so I thought it might be fun to share some of our favorite streaming shows and YouTube channels.
Another week has come and gone. How are you, friends? A few recent updates – as you know, COVID-19 has greatly impacted countless jobs and industries. The PR/marketing industry has been hit exceptionally hard. I’m incredibly thankful to still have my full-time job. The pandemic (and working from home) has made me more productive than ever.

Oh Zoom, how I love thee! Let me count the ways 🙂 Since working from home, Zoom has easily become my favorite tool to connect with friends, family, colleagues, and clients.

I know we’re all going to get through it, but it’s a really difficult time right now. As I’ve mentioned before, I want this blog and my social media accounts to be a quick escape and place for positivity.
To celebrate the first weekend of spring, we had snow in Chicago. Yes, snow. Seems fitting for the times and how strange the world feels right now. Regardless, I’m putting myself in a sunny mindset and reminiscing of our recent trip to NYC (where we took photos of this floral maxi).
