Is it just me or does it feel like the holidays come and go in the blink of an eye? While many festivities and celebrations will continue over the next week, my sights are 100% set on New Year’s Eve. NYE is one of my favorite holidays for three simple reasons:

1. People get dressed up. LOVE that! Bring on the bow ties and ball gowns!
2. It’s the perfect opportunity to set new goals and expectations for the year ahead.
3. The new year ushers in a clean slate (while keeping the lessons that you learned in the past)

I’m so glad that I start planning my NYE outfit WAY in advance of the holiday, and this silver pleated gown was the winner. Seriously obsessed with the old Hollywood glamour vibes à la Veronica Lake! I also love this pink sequin midi dress, this gold fit-and-flare option, this cobalt blue off-the-shoulder dress, and, of course, these amazing silver sequin leggings!
