Although we were in LA last weekend for less than 48 hours, a few blog photos were definitely in order. Thankfully, it was a gorgeous (and warm) weekend in the City of Angeles, making it that much more fun to roam and explore! After a wonderful Saturday dinner at Gracias Madre with Dana and Allie, Bob and I woke up Sunday morning to go and capture photos.
Originally, I planned to wear this Roksanda Varena midi dress to the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. After I saw that the forecast called for near-90 degree temps, I knew that I would need to switch my outfit for the match! Regardless, this mint midi dress will get plenty of use this fall. Not only does Roksanda create the most well-constructed pieces, but the palette choices are always impeccable. Her use of color is awe-inspiring! Plus, there are small touches that make each item special. I love the partial ruffle at the hem, the front ruching, and the burnt orange grosgrain belt. Lastly, this yellow leather bucket bag brings such a smile to my face. It’s like carrying sunshine!
