One of my favorite parts about blogging is coming across new brands – especially female-owned companies. Specifically, let’s talk about my new obsession: Prosperina Clothing. If you’re picturing a calm, chic Audrey Hepburn sipping tea quietly in the corner of a modern-day brunch, you’re in the right mental Pinterest board.
Now, full disclosure, the brand sent me these pieces after I sent them a DM on Instagram to congratulate them on their upcoming launch. After seeing a lookbook preview, I knew it was a must. Simply put, their collection is incredible. Thankfully, their team wrote back immediately and it’s been a joy working with them ever since. Above all, I’m authentically excited to show you even more pieces from the brand!
Prosperina Clothing
You know that feeling when you slip into something and think, “Ah. There I am”? Like your outsides finally caught up to your insides? That’s exactly what happened the first time I tried on a dress from Prosperina. In some ways, it was like slipping into a memory. A really good one. Not the kind where you’re at a middle school dance and your bangs won’t stay flat. No, no friends – I’m talking about the kind of memory that feels calm and relaxing.
Let me back up. Prosperina Clothing is brand rooted in historical fashion patterns that are modernized for this era. But Prosperina isn’t about corsets and powdered wigs. It’s about craftsmanship, comfort, and confidence. Best of all, most pieces are under $200.

Meet Founder, Diana Best
Founded by the delightful Diana Best, Prosperina is not just another clothing brand. Hailing from Athens, GA, Diana is all about empowering women. And no, not just in a “girlboss” hashtag way (though, let’s be clear, we love a #girlboss moment). Instead, through pieces designed to help women feel confident, serene, and utterly beautiful.
What struck me immediately about Prosperina’s designs are their quiet elegance and subtle nods to the past. We’re talking classic lines, familiar fabrics, and nostalgic trims. Moreover, Diana’s passion for vintage garments evolved into a full-blown obsession (the good kind) with pattern archiving—she’s collected over 25,000 patterns of women’s clothing(!). Wild.

Prosperina Clothing’s Emma Blue Gingham Dress
One of the first pieces I tried? The Emma Blue Gingham Dress. It’s divine! In fact, it was love at first sight form the moment I put it on. In fact, I wore it to dinner, and a stranger stopped me to compliment me on it.
The Emma Blue Gingham Dress’s silhouette is classic, not trendy. Plus, the fabric is soft, not fussy. Additionally, may we talk about the detail? The lace, fabric, and small bow details? So good. You could wear one of these dresses on a date, to brunch, to a picnic, or just while folding laundry and listening to a podcast. 🙂 This dress fits true to size.

Easton Plaid Scalloped Reversible Jacket
Next up is the Easton Plaid Scalloped Reversible Jacket (only $176). This beauty is the definition of charm-meets-function. On one hand, you’ve got Prosperina’s exclusive pastel plaid that looks like springtime bottled into a print. On the other, a bold, solid geranium pink. So pretty!

The scalloped hems? Adorable. The 3/4 length sleeves? Chic. The round neckline and top-button closure? Just the right mix of tailored and easygoing. Since it’s reversible, it’s basically two jackets in one—so you know I told myself it was a “practical purchase.” (Wearing a size small, for reference!).

Kensington Plaid Midi Dress
Last but certainly not least, we must talk about the Kensington Dress. Designed in the same pastel multicolor large plaid as the Easton Jacket, it effortlessly blends timeless pattern with a fresh, seasonal palette. Moreover, I love the sweetheart neckline and the three delicate bows down the center.

Plus, the dress has adjustable straps (a must!), and a smocked back panel ensure for a flexible fit. Finished with pockets (a must in my book), this midi dress is perfect for special occasions and events.
Prosperina Clothing – In Closing
If you’re craving pieces that feel timeless, thoughtful, and just a little bit magical, Prosperina is the brand your wardrobe’s been waiting for. The entire collection is full of beautiful details, soft fabrics, and silhouettes that make getting dressed feel like a joy—not a chore.

Whether you’re drawn to sweet bows, scalloped hems, or anything in between, there’s something in this line that will speak to your style soul. I’ve linked a few more of my personal favorites from the collection below—because narrowing it down to just one? Impossible. Trust me, once you start browsing, you’ll see exactly what I mean.
