As we continue to social distance for at least another month, I’ve taken on a new hobby – home organization. Every drawer, cupboard, and closet has become a fresh “project” for me to take on. My first one? Our pantry! Today, I thought it would be fun to bring you along on the transformation, and how we created pantry storage solutions in our home. We moved into our new home a year ago, but I never really made time to get things in order. Ideally, our home would be in Marie Condo’s “KonMari” order, lol. Sure, our closets were organized and items placed neatly in their spaces, but there’s something extra special about having actual storage pieces that make things neat and tidy.
PANTRY ORGANIZATION SOLUTIONS
About a month ago, the team at Crate & Barrel reached out to see if we’d be interested in talking about pantry storage solutions. As you may recall, we collaborated with them to transform our family room. Seeing their email was the BEST, and I immediately responded that we’d love to partner again.
We got to work with searching their website for styles that would be functional in the space. Prior to chatting with them, we had completely renovated our pantry closet using the Elfa system from The Container Store.
There were so many fantastic items to choose from at Crate & Barrel, but I especially fell in love with these canisters and reusable storage container. They’ve come in handy for storing flour, rice, even Cheerios. I can’t say enough good things about both of these items. I’m also OBSESSED with this copper mixer and tea kettle. I’m living for all things copper for our kitchen – it just warms everything up! Last (and certainly not least), these white wicker baskets have been a game changer.
