I love stumbling on new fashion brands. Case in point – the Pamela Stevenson Collection. Since the launch of Style Charade, I truly appreciate receiving linesheets from emerging designers. Not everything is always a fit. However, I get SO excited when I stumble upon a new brand or get a new lookbook that stops in me in my tracks. Pamela Stevenson Collection is one of them.
Pamela Stevenson Collection
First, let’s talk about the embellished pieces. Frankly, I’ve never seen another designer incorporate embellishments in the way that she does. Sure, I have a lot of styles that have beads, embroidery, sequins, and feather accents. However, the Pamela Stevenson Collection has an incredibly unique application of embellishments to her pieces.
Furthermore, I wasn’t quite sure if the pieces would look as spectacular in-person as they did/do online. However, upon opening the package, it’s clear that this is a company that knows what they’re doing. The fabrics are GORGEOUS. Seriously. For example, this Colette Sweater is just divine. It’s a soft-touch sweater that’s SO cozy. Plus, the embellishments are VERY sturdy and secure. Love that.
Also, I paired it with their stylish Brice Short, which is just as amazing. My only critique is that the two colors don’t perfectly match. Granted, it doesn’t bother me but it could for someone who loves identical sets. The shorts fit true to size and very versatile. For example, I can wear them with the matching top or with a white button-down, cashmere sweater, or J.Crew Tippi sweater. You can’t go wrong!

Stop by Pamela Stevenson’s website for more phenomenal pieces. Looking for a piece to start with? If so, I’d recommend her Bianca Top or Floral T-Shirt. As you’ll see, they have similar embellishments to this top but also different silhouettes. Trust me, you’ll love it!
