Ladies and gentleman, start your engines! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019 catalog is LIVE! Today, I’m giving you a first look and ultimate preview of my favorite all-time sale of the year! In case you’re unfamiliar, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the biggest sale of the year, and gives shoppers the chance to buy new fall items on sale before returning to full-price.
Have you visited my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Guide? The Early Access portion of the sale (for Nordstrom cardholders) starts on July 12 and then the sale opens to the public on July 19 and ends on August 4, with Nordy Club Icon members being able to shop the sale even earlier on July 9 and Ambassador members on July 10! Do you have a Nordstrom card yet? It’s highly recommended!
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019 Catalog Picks
Sure, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019 Catalog. After all, it’s 30 pages! Therefore, I wanted to narrow down a few of the selections I’m loving.
The first items I plan to place in my cart? This Topshop chunky sweater for only $44.90 paired with this Topshop bold pink pencil skirt for $44.90 as well. The fact both pieces make an outfit for $100? Yes, please!
I’m also a huge fan of this striped sweater by Halogen (below on the left). SO good! It’s hard to see in the photo, but it’s VERY similar to the Atlantic-Pacific x Halogen sweater. This version is a crewneck vs. a turtleneck, and I’m here for it! It’s $45.90 on sale from $69.
Another style that’s captured my eye? This beautiful rust colored floral dress paired with these faux snakeskin boots. I. Mean! So chic and styled perfectly! Best of all? The boots are only $79.90 (down from $149.95). Both items are on my radar, and will easily be added to my cart the first day of Early Access. In fact, snakeskin is seen a lot throughout the catalog. Clearly it’s a big trend for fall along with leopard print.
Lastly, I’m LIVING for the colorful coats, sweaters, pants, and tops. It’s seriously a “hue-tiful” thing to see so many brands investing in bold colors. Last year, I felt the NSale only featured a lot of gray, black, tan, and neutrals. Therefore, seeing all of these bright hues is making me so happy! I honestly can’t pick between the three lovely coats below. They’re all perfect!
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Dresses
It’s no secret dresses are my ultimate favorite category of apparel. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is stocked with phenomenal dresses from brands like Eliza J, 1901, Halogen, and BP.
I’m truly loving so many NSale dresses, but I’ll be definitely honing in on Eliza J’s styles since they’re my go-to dress brand. Additionally, their prices are amazing for the sale, and I just know all of their dress and jumpsuit styles are going to be hot sellers.
NSale Shoes
Mules and boots are always the most popular categories during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. One of the hottest sellers last year were these tan booties, which they’ve brought back in a few different versions.
Waterproof boots are always quick to go, so I anticipate the two styles of rain boots (Hunter and Sperry) will go fast during Early Access (pages 10 and 11 of the catalog). People love stocking on on rain gear in general during the NSale because who wants to buy those items full-priced?
Another category of items that typically sell fast? Athleisure – think workout pants, bras, sneakers, and beyond. The Arlo leggings are going to fly! I hope they also come in black (and frankly, I’d be shocked if they didn’t).
Best Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019 Beauty Picks
The last category that always sells fast are the beauty items. Charlotte Tilbury has been a go-to brand for makeup for me, and this Pillow Talk Lip Kit is sure to be on the lips of every woman in-the-know.
Additionally, I’m obsessed with La Mer, and it’s so rare for their products to go on sale. Ever. Therefore, I’ll be going for their Mini Miracles Collection, which includes the Treatment Lotion, The Eye Concentrate, and The Moisturizing Soft Cream all in one. It’s only $99 (a huge value compared to the full price of $122).
