Hope your Wednesday is off to a great start! After having been gone for more than a week in Aruba and New York City, it’s been wonderful to be back home in Chicago. On Monday night, we met up with Kit and Charles in Old Town for trivia, and, for the first time ever, we won! My favorite category of the night was movies and songs that share the same name (i.e. Proud Mary, Can’t Buy Me Love, etc.) Last night, Bob and I ordered in from our favorite Costa Rican restaurant, and tonight, I’m getting together for a long overdue dinner with Emily – so excited!
Today’s post features a really fun multicolor stripe sequin skirt that we photographed in LA last December. It fits true to size, and I’m a big fan of the ladylike length. I’m also loving this metallic ring handle bag; it’s a great affordable alternative to the Chloé Nile bag. Lastly, how fun is this pink ombré wall?! My friend Brooke told me about it last spring, and this was my first time back since originally photographing it in March. The colors are just so smile-inducing!
