I’ve loved Mestiza New York dresses for so many seasons, and some of my favorite blogging moments have included their pieces (see a few examples here, here, and here). When I received the Emery gown from their fall collection, I knew it needed the most amazing backdrop for a few photos. Luckily enough, Eden Chicago (one of my fave restaurants) reached out to let me know they were planning to update their mural. I worked with them to help debut their very first mural (see more here), and I love this new design they commissioned via Asend One.
This Mestiza Emery gown is the perfect option for any and every special occasion. I found that it fits true to size, but if your unsure or in-between sizing, I recommend going up. Also, in terms of length, I wore my highest of heels (these Brian Atwood pumps), and I am 5’4″ for reference. Lastly, I’m kind of obsessed with the one-shoulder ruffle top in the same fabric as well as the mini dress version!
