Kicking off, I’m excited to highlight the gorgeous Lilly Pulitzer Olivet Midi Dress. The volume, friends! Plus, this is a newer silhouette to the line, and its very flattering. I especially love the white trim at the waist and on the straps. It’s those small details that make a big difference, you know?
Today, I’m pairing the Olivet Midi Dress with this Lilly Pulitzer lilac gingham button-down top. Friends, the fabric is SOOOO soft. Plus, it’s lightweight and extremely breathable. As you can see, you can style the button down over pants, underneath dresses and even with shorts. For the short, I chose to create a tie-front top. It worked perfectly!

Under normal circumstances, I’m not a big shorts gal. However, the scalloped shorts just add a feminine twist to the style that makes me actually want to want wear them. Does that make sense?
