When one of your favorite resort wear chic brands invites you to one of your favorite destinations, you say yes. Receiving an invite to Nantucket to see the Lilly Pulitzer Cottage at the White Elephant Hotel was an absolute treat. Moreover, I have been wanting to stay at the property for years! This incredible luxury hotel is situated on the waterfront right between Nantucket’s historic wharfs and Brant Point. I love that it’s within walking distance of everything! Additionally, White Elephant has so many room types available: from classic hotel style rooms, multi-room cottages, and downtown lofts.
In my opinion, the Lilly Pulitzer Cottage at White Elephant is the absolute pièce de resistance of the property. This one bedroom home-away-from-home opened this past spring and has quickly become the most sought after space on the island. From the colorful designs, cozy accommodations (um, hello Pratesi sheets!), and quiet location, it’s pretty much perfect. Better yet, there’s a pullout sofa in the living room, so it’s a great spot for a summer girls’ trip on Nantucket! The Lilly Pulitzer Cottage interior design is an ideal mix of the casual summer vibes of this iconic clothing brand and luxury elements you’d expect from White Elephant.
I’m beyond excited to spend the next few days on Nantucket with some amazing ladies: Brittany of Loverly Grey, Jenn of Haute Off The Rack, and Krystal of A Pinch of Lovely. Even though it’s my fourth trip to the island, there is so much of it I haven’t been able to see! I can’t wait for our extended boat tour as well as our excursion to The Wauwinet (sister property of White Elephant). Wish me luck, because now that I’ve seen the Lilly Pulitzer Cottage in person, I might never leave the island!!
