For countless weeks, I’ve been patiently waiting for the calendar to turn to May. This month is power packed with exciting updates and announcements – the majority of which I’ve been dying to share with you!
First, the month kicked off with a phenomenal Kentucky Derby trip with vineyard vines; an experience that’s been on my bucket list for some time (a post-recap of the trip coming soon, but you can check out my post about all of the outfits I wore).
Yesterday, I announced on Instagram stories that my episode of LIKEtoKNOW.it influencer radio will go live on May 15th! I taped my episode with Amber at rStheCon 2019, but I had no idea they’d use my episode as part of the launch. What an honor! In addition to my chat with Amber going live, Courtney Kerr and Jamie O’Banion will also be part of the launch! Can’t wait to hear their episodes.
Next week, I’m heading to both Los Angeles and New York for two separate projects. On Wednesday, I’ll be flying to the West Coast for a personal appearance for UNITED! Yes, my United. After a once-in-a-lifetime experience helping to launch the 787-10 aircraft, I am delighted and thrilled they invited me to collaborate again!
This time, I’ll be moderating a panel to celebrate the launch of the airline’s partnership with SUNDAY RILEY. In case you haven’t heard, United collaborated with them on their amenity kits for United Polaris business class, United Premium Plus, and their premium transcontinental flights. I can’t wait to meet Mark Krolick, United’s VP of Marketing and Sunday Riley herself to chat more about the collaboration and amenity kits!
Lastly, I’ll be flying to NYC for the weekend for a special photo shoot. While I can’t talk about it just yet, let’s just say the planning has been in the works for a YEAR. Eeks!
But alas, I haven’t even scratched the surface of May! On May 29th, I’m SO happy to be speaking at Grace and Becca’s “Bad on Podcast” live episode in Chicago at City Winery with Liz, Jess and Anna. We’ll be talking about friendship, and you can buy tickets here.
Last but certainly not least, I’m delighted to be the official influencer hosts of Gray Malin’s personal appearance and shopping event at Serena & Lily Chicago on May 23th. This is a part of his latest book tour for his newest release, Italy, at several of Serena & Lily’s design shops across the country. We’ll be celebrating in the most la dolce vita way with Aperol Spritzes, Italian music, and traditional bites. He’s a genius, and positively brilliant with everything he does. Hope you can make it to the event!
