Chicago is full of colorful murals and street art. One of my favorites? The Lagunitas Brewery Chicago mural. Part red, part Barney-like purple, the colorful wall is a vibrant background and Instagrammable destination.
Plus, for those guests who are 21+ years and older, the taproom is very cool. Come for the beautiful street art, stay for the beer and brewery tour!

In fact, these beautiful art installations remain at the core of my content. The colors, prints, and patterns inspire me. Overall, I’m thankful for the artists and creatives who bring these beautiful sights to our great city.
The Lagunitas Brewery Chicago mural is no different. With this in mind, the mural address and taproom is 2607 W 17th St, Chicago, IL 60608. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of visiting (and photographing) at the destination. In fact, I included it in my original Chicago wall guide. In this case, I wore this Loft Super Bloom maxi dress.
The Brewery
Again, adults of a legal drinking age are invited to tour and visit the brewery. Trust me, after stepping one foot through the front door, and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported. Without spoiling too much, let’s just say you feel like you’re in Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory.
As such, the experience feels like a whimsical trip through wheat, hop, and everything in between. In fact, Bob and I have been fans of Lagunitas beers. In the event you visit, be sure to try Lil’ Sumpin Sumpin, which is one of their most popular options.
Final Thoughts about the Lagunitas Mural
While Lagunitas is one of hundreds of breweries and micro-breweries in the city, I highly recommend a visit. For instance, check out this stunning wall. Notably, the colors are phenomenal. Specifically, it always brings a smile to my face.
Moreover, for great laughs with friends and family. My best advice? Bring a group of friends. Plus, stay hydrated. Lastly, enjoy the experience!
