For the past year, I’ve been working with the M&G team to dream up 25 marvelous must-haves. Think personalized luggage, packing cube sets, soft pajamas, the perfect travel tote, and more.
We poured our hearts into designing these elegant items down to every. single. detail. From fabrics to trims, Pantone colors and the linings of individual products, our collection is filled to the brim with stylish and durable pieces.
Travel is at the very core of what I love (and do!). Yet, I’ve noticed a need for certain products in the market, and this collection is designed to fill in those gaps.
Additionally, I’m beyond grateful to work with the Mark and Graham team in this capacity. They’re one of my favorite brands, and this partnership has felt right since the beginning. I authentically love, wear, and incorporate M&G items into my daily life. Their personalized accessories are on my desk at work, I wear their Elisabetta Tote to the office nearly every day, we use their tabletop pieces at home – the list goes on and on.
Moreover, their team is BRILLIANT. I’m constantly inspired by them. From their leadership, operations, marketing, PR, and design teams, plus their photographers and photo stylists are incredible. Spending time with them has been one of the biggest gifts of this process, and I truly believe that love shines through in the collection.

So, how did this process all start? Well, as many of you know, I’m a frequent traveler for both business and leisure purposes. I live and breathe travel. So much so, I’m a President Circle member of Hertz and Global Service member of United. 🙂
You’ll often find me on a United plane with my laptop, a hotel lobby working on a business presentation, or in an airport running to my next flight.
I travel a LOT a LOT.
How I pack (and what I pack) is extremely important. One minute I’m prepping for snowmobiling in Finland, and the next it’s warm weather looks for the Maldives and Bermuda. While I adore all types of travel, there’s a certain level of stress and frustration that comes with the experience. Therefore, the entire goal of this collection is to streamline the packing process.
During the early stages of the process, we asked a lot of questions. What makes a great piece of luggage? Why? What items are helpful for any type of trip? Another important topic – what don’t we need when we travel? Eliminating non-essentials and clutter helps alleviate stress.
Simply put, I came into the design process with one goal in mind – create a line of personalized products that help you travel stress-free in style. To do that, I knew every item needed to elevate the overall travel experience and make it easier. Period.
What Does the Mark and Graham x Jennifer Lake Travel Collection Include?
The 25-piece collection features luggage, travel accessories and essentials to keep you feeling organized, stress-free and stylish on-the-go. Taking all of the insights from years of business and leisure travel, I’ve worked with Mark & Graham to design the ultimate travel items. Every single detail has been thought through, and I’m so incredibly excited about the result.
So what can you expect? First of all, several color and pattern options for many pf the pieces. Sure, we have some phenomenal neutral options, but why be boring? Most pieces come in mood-boosting hues to make you stand out from the crowd. The hues include posh pinks, ravishing reds, baby blues, and our signature striped print of the collection.
Also, in typical Mark & Graham form, everything can be personalized with a monogram. Love that! This makes our collection highly giftable for yourself or your loved one.
Mark & Graham x Jennifer Lake Expandable Terminal One Luggage Set
Luggage is the most important item I take on every trip. There’s nothing worse than bad luggage, right? Take the airport experience. When rolling luggage through a terminal, the wheels need to be strong and agile. The carry-on itself? Easy to maneuver and durable. Have you ever had luggage so heavy that you needed to ask someone to help put it in the overhead bin? Guilty over here! I’ve even had issues with just lifting my luggage to put on the security conveyor belt.
Luggage needs to keep up with you wherever you’re going. Thankfully, I’ve always loved Mark and Graham’s bestselling Terminal 1 Luggage. For years, both Bob and I have travelled with their carry-ons and checked versions. We are very familiar with how they function on trips, and they’re fantastic. Plus, the Terminal 1 collection can be personalized with a monogram to make it even easier to spot in baggage claim.
Luggage Design
When designing my own versions, I wanted to take it to the next level. This started with the exterior of the luggage itself. Visually, I loved the idea of adding a scalloped leather trim. There’s something so satisfying about scallops – they’re timeless, classic, and effortlessly chic.
These hard shell bags are made from polycarbonate, so they’re incredibly lightweight while still being durable. On top, you’ll find TSA approved personal locks with an adjustable handle on top and a side handle to make it easy to put in an overhead bin. Plus, the bag has oversized wheels that spin 360 degrees.
Next – the finishes. Maybe it’s due to the lake home renovation, but I’m more attentive to trims and finishes now than ever. During our design meeting, I asked the M&G team if we could do antique brass. They’d never offered antique brass on luggage before, and I loved the combination of sleek white with the light leather and antique brass. I was thrilled they could made it happen.
Turning to the interior, I wanted to create the ultimate “surprise and delight moment.” As a super fan of stripes, I immediately knew a striped pattern was in order.

Travel Tote Bag

At the same time, hotel rooms can often be too hot or too cold, so it’s important to me to have reliable items that are both breathable yet comfortable.
Therefore, we designed lightweight and stylish Ruffle Pajamas that are incredibly versatile for your travels. They’re made out of 100% cotton and feature the most gorgeous ruffle detail on the pants and sleeve. I’m also a huge fan of light pink and red as a color combination and works for all seasons.

No matter where I’m traveling to in the world, I always pack a clutch. They make a great solution for evenings out on the town, date night, and even to just grab a quick coffee. Instead of carrying around a large purse, clutches are the perfect grab and go solution. Even if I don’t have big dinner plans scheduled, I still prefer having a clutch packed in the event I need it.

No matter where I’m traveling to – for work or personal – I LOVE having comfortable and stylish layers. I designed this blanket scarf from one of my favorite color combinations – pink and red in the perfect plaid print.
Blanket scarfs are an absolute travel essential. Airplanes can get extremely cold on-board or I may want to use it as an added layer to help sleep like a blanket. I also love bringing it to dinner in case I get cold in a restaurant or when walking around a destination. The key is to have a blanket scarf that’s versatile to go with many coats and outfits.
