If you’ve read this blog for a while, you know I have a slight weakness for colorful outerwear. Case in point, this J Crew Daphne topcoat! I adore the lavender color, and it’s a great, lightweight option to pair with cozy sweaters and other warm layers. It’s available in six hues, and I found that it fits true to size. For the past few days, J. Crew has had a great sale going on, and I’m hoping they’ll extend it (they often do)!
In other news, Chicago had a brief appearance of snow yesterday (yikes!). Although short-lived, it was a reminder that now is the time to finish up some of our seasonal housework. From putting the outdoor furniture in storage to covering the A/C condensers, we definitely have a few “adulting” tasks to manage this week!
Thankfully, this means we’re that much closer to decorating for the holidays (see some of my plans here). Although the season ahead will look WAY different than any of us could have imagined, I definitely want to keep positive and make the best of it!
