After a very bumpy flight, I landed in Mexico yesterday afternoon. It’s so great to be back, and I am thrilled to be showing one of our client properties to a wonderful group of journalists. Last night’s sunset was the most incredible blend of pinks and purples; I made sure to post a few pics to Instagram Stories. We have a full itinerary of activities today both on the property and in Riviera Maya. So excited!
Today’s post features my absolute favorite dress style. This Draper James navy fit and flare dress has such a classic shape, and I love the lace inset and belt. Best of all, it has pockets! Am I the only one who gets super excited when a dress has pockets?? If you aren’t already familiar, Draper James is the southern-inspired fashion line created by Reese Witherspoon. Think iconic pieces, beautiful fabrics, and darling prints. Best of all, there’s a touch of whimsy and lightheartedness to everything! If you ever have the chance to visit one of their boutiques, definitely take the time to shop. The décor is everything. I especially love their Nashville location!
This Los Angeles mural was created by Jason Woodside. I’ve featured a couple of his pieces previously (here and here). When we drove by this one, I knew it would be the perfect compliment to this Draper James navy fit and flare dress!
