Happy Friday! Sharing a few highlights from the past week as well as a throwback to 2014 in preparation for our upcoming vacation!

Last weekend, the hubby and I attended Chicago in White, an outdoor dinner party where the dress code is head-to-toe white. Needless to say, I had a few options to choose from {examples here, here, here, and here}. I decided on my most comfortable white lace dress, last worn during my France trip. It was definitely a smart choice given the dinner buffet at the event (lol)! I paired it with block-heel sandals and my new favorite mirrored aviator sunglasses. This year’s location was on the Midway Plaisance on the historic University of Chicago campus.

Many guests went as far as to bring their own fun table décor to add to the aesthetic, and a celebratory napkin wave kicked-off the meal. Eataly Chicago and Chloe Wines hosted the VIP guests – definitely an evening to remember!

Summer of 2014 was our first time traveling to Nantucket, and we immediately fell in love! Our upcoming vacation will bring us back to the “Grey Lady,” as well as some other fun stops in and around Cape Cod and New England! Be sure to follow-along on Snapchat (username: stylecharade) for all of the fun!

I’d consider posting to Instagram Stories, but the feature is still not working on my phone – anyone else having this issue? I have the latest app update, and I use an iPhone 6S, so I’m not sure why it’s not on my account. Oh well!

Last, but certainly not least, Kelly (of Kelly in the City) and Mitch Larkin had their baby last week! Emma is just the cutest little thing! Above is a pic of us (L-R: Blair (The Fox and She), Shaheen (Lows to Luxe), me, and Kelly) at the rewardStyle Conference in Dallas last spring – crazy how fast time has flown by! What was once a bump in a blue maxi is now Emma Catherine Larkin! Congrats Kelly & Mitch!
