The Sail to Sable x Style Charade Resort Capsule Collection launched on Thursday, December 11th at 12 PM EST // 11 AM CST exclusively at SailtoSable.com. Most styles are selling out, but we have a few sizes left!
Fit and Size Notes

What is a Resort Collection?
Growing up, I loved researching all things fashion. I’d comb through magazine and newspaper articles and hunt for the top seasonal trends. When I was younger, I didn’t know what a “resort collection” meant. Plus, why do they launch in winter?
Simply put, a resort collection or resort wear refers to holiday and travel collections. In many ways, it’s an inter-season line between fall/winter and spring/summer collections.
As High Snobiety perfectly explains, “Resort is another opportunity to satisfy consumers who travel all the time, as well as the demands of climate change, where in many parts of the winter, there is little to no winter these days.”
Why Design a Resort Collection?
This is a very important question! At its core, Sail to Sable is a lifestyle brand who’s customers are women on the go, with big plans and flawless closets. In many ways, resort is the core of STS. They radiate resort.
After the launch of our Summer and Holiday collections, resort was the natural next step. I was (and am) overjoyed to be able to be able to design a capsule!
Listen, everything in my soul wants to travel right now. In fact, we’d been planning the most amazing Sail to Sable x Style Charade Resort Collection photo shoot at one of my all-time favorite tropical destinations forever. We cancelled it. It was the right call.
Sail to Sable x Style Charade Resort 2020 collection wasn’t designed for just one season, destination, or a single moment in time. Overall, this capsule line is meant for missed sunsets and lost memories; current and future trips and bucket list experiences.

Charlotte Color-Blocked Dress
After two seasons of Sail to Sable capsule collections, I’ve learned quickly that you all LOVE the Charlotte dress. In fact, many of you sent messages asking if we’re restocking the Holiday collection’s sequin version.
Ultimately, I’m SO sorry that we didn’t restock it! However, we hope to bring it back later this year. Stay tuned!
